1. Login to the backend of your site.
2. Under components go to Phoca Gallery
3. Go Categories
4. Create "New" (first icon top right in yellow)
5. Type in Title of Category (example: Picnic or Outing)
6. Save and Close (top right)
7. Click on images -> then click multiple add in yellow (top right) (if a pop up appears asking you to accept an applet from your site, accept it.
8. Go ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE and find "FOLDER" AND INPUT NAME OF FOLDER. EXAMPLE: IF YOU PUTTING UP CHURCH REVIVAL 2013 THEN PUT THAT IN THE FIELD WITH NO SPACES.. CHURCH_REVIVAL_2013 AND CLICK CREATE FOLDER AFTER YOU HAVE IT.
9. A folder will appear in the above list of folders click on the NAME of the folder.
10. Go back to the bottom and click "Add Image" until you have your images ready to go up.. It is suggested to 10 at a time and remember to resize your images using Windows Picture Manager on your computer or Preview If you are using a Mac Computer Upload File [ Max Size: 3.00 MB, Max Resolution: 3072 x 2304 px ]
10. Once you have them all up, use the check all feature to select them all and choose the category you wish them to be in.
11. Save and Close.
